- The owner of The National Pig Awards (the ‘awards’) is Lewis Business Media of Suite A, Arun House, River Way, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1SL.
- By entering these awards the Entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them. These terms and conditions include any instructions set out in the entry form.
- The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entry that it deems inappropriate.
- Entry forms must be completed through the website and submitted by the deadline displayed on the website.
- Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted in full together with full contact details.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for any lost, late or mislaid entries and any entry which is damaged, defaced, illegible or incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with these terms and conditions and may be deemed invalid by the Organiser.
- The Awards will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Organiser.
- Finalists will be notified by e-mail and will be offered two complimentary tickets to the awards ceremony taking place in November in London. There will be one Award Winner selected from the finalists in each category and announced at the ceremony.
- The judges may decline to make an award if for any reason if in their opinion the entries are of insufficient standard.
- The award winners will receive a trophy.
- Details of the winners will be publicised in Pig World magazine.
- The decision of the judges on all matters affecting the awards is final and legally binding.
- No correspondence will be entered into.
- Any winner may publicise the Award provided the year in which it was won is stated.
- The organiser licences any 2022 winner or finalist to use the Awards logo in connection with its award until 30 October 2023.
- The organiser licences any 2023 winner or finalist to use the Awards logo in connection with its award until 30 October 2024.
- The organiser reserves the right to reallocate an entry to another category if they consider it to be more appropriate.
